A plain-language account of the information Comment Debt SLA uses to provide its Confluence dashboard.

Who operates the app
Comment Debt SLA is operated by Zarik Labs. This policy applies to the Comment Debt SLA app for Atlassian Confluence Cloud.
Information the app accesses
With an installing site administrator’s authorization, the app reads Confluence space metadata, page metadata, and metadata for open inline comments. It does not store the body text of pages or comments.
Information the app stores
The app stores its warning and breach settings; scan timestamps and aggregate counts; and a current snapshot containing comment ID, Atlassian author account ID, creation time, page ID and title, space ID and name, Confluence link, calculated age, and SLA status. It may also store a limited list of page IDs and technical error messages when a scan cannot process a page.
Why it is used
This information is used only to identify, age, categorize, and link to unresolved inline comments; display the dashboard; preserve the site’s selected settings; and diagnose scan failures.
Where information is processed
The app runs on Atlassian Forge and uses Forge-hosted storage. The app declares no external network egress and does not sell information or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
The latest scan snapshot remains until it is replaced by a later scan or the app’s stored data is deleted. Aggregate scan history is retained for the configured history period, between 7 and 90 days and 30 days by default. Atlassian controls deletion associated with app uninstallation under its Forge platform procedures. A site administrator may contact Zarik Labs with a deletion or privacy request.
Sharing
Zarik Labs does not share app data with advertisers or data brokers. Atlassian processes data as the hosting and platform provider under its own terms and policies.
Security and changes
Access is limited to the permissions declared by the app. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy may be updated as the app changes; the effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
