Terms for the private beta of Comment Debt SLA for Confluence Cloud.

Beta service
Comment Debt SLA is an evaluation-stage service provided by Zarik Labs. It may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. It is not a system of record and should not be the sole basis for legal, compliance, operational, or personnel decisions.
Authorized use
You may install and use the app only on an Atlassian site you are authorized to administer. You are responsible for your Confluence content, user access, and compliance with laws and organizational policies.
No warranty
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or complete detection of unresolved comments.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarik Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the beta. Zarik Labs’ aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the app during the twelve months before the claim; for a free beta, that amount is zero.
Feedback
You may provide feedback voluntarily. Zarik Labs may use that feedback to improve the app without obligation to you, provided it does not identify your confidential information publicly.
Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Zarik Labs may suspend or discontinue access where necessary for security, legal, platform, or operational reasons.

These terms may be updated as the beta develops. Questions may be submitted through the support page.
